All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our graphic design services and digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

Graphic Design Services

All payments made for graphic design services are non-refundable.

Because design services involve time, planning, communication, creative work, and/or customized work specifically for each client, no refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted, whether or not the project has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Deposits
Retainers
Partial payments
Full payments
Rush fees
Revision fees
Additional design fees

Clients are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, project details, pricing, turnaround times, and revision terms before submitting payment.

A change of mind, change in business direction, delayed response, failure to provide required information, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This applies to digital products including, but not limited to:

Templates
Graphics
Digital artwork
Downloadable files
Design assets
Guides
Presets
Fonts
Other digital resources

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, file types, software requirements, compatibility information, and other product details before purchasing.

We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, failure to download or use a product, lack of compatible software, or lack of knowledge regarding how to use the product.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with a digital file or receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working or corrected version of the purchased file.

Providing technical assistance or a replacement file does not constitute a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any order or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a purchase confirms that you have reviewed and agreed to this No Refund & Return Policy.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
